We offer one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments at 700 square feet, as well as two-bedroom floor plans with either one or two bathrooms at 1,100 square feet.
No utilities are included in the monthly rent, though high-speed internet is available for a separate monthly charge of $65.00.
Residents enjoy a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, pool, clothing care center, two pet parks, a car care center, two tennis courts, a gazebo, and an outdoor kitchen.
We do not have EV charging stations on-site, but the nearest station is located at the intersection of 9th Avenue and Creighton Road.
There is no assigned parking at our community, so guests are welcome to park in any available open parking space.
Public transportation is available nearby through the Escambia County Area Transit system.
Our community is located near popular local attractions such as Pensacola Beach, the Pensacola Museum of History and Art, and The Graffiti Bridge.
Packages are either delivered directly to the resident's apartment home or secured in a parcel locker with a key left in the resident's mailbox.
